Aileron Rigging

Hey, Just wondering if anyone has had any trouble getting the required deflections for the ailerons ?

If so what deflections are you getting ?

I seem to be getting more down travel then up ?

I have checked and rechecked the installation of the aileron bellcranks and have even swapped them out from left to right to see if I get any improvement but with no improvement, does anyone have measurements as to how long they set the push rods out ?

pictures would also be great if anyone had any ?
